Working with thousands of individuals around the world (30+ countries), from top companies such as Google and Raymond James, to top teams and coaches such as Coach K and Duke Basketball, to top schools like Phillips Exeter Academy, and even the US State Department has sharpened my unique perspective on myself, employees, leaders, communities, and nations.
I understand cross-cultural communication, multi-national approaches to problem solving, and the needs of different socioeconomic demographics. I can design a custom top down, bottom up, or unilateral approach to your challenge.
My experience enables me to facilitate individuals, communities, and companies processes not only survive, but thrive.

Unbranded is thinking about all the boxes you’re in, so you can think out of the box. When you have a diverse perspective you are better able to see how everything interconnects. You are able to identify blindspots and potential areas of growth. You are able to focus on areas you were previously unable to see.
Just as Eskimos have 50+ words to define types of “snow” and Americans have 13 words for one type of sandwich (submarine, hoagie, etc.,) the labels we use everyday are just surface level and don’t tell the full story. We need to deconstruct the labels we use everyday to truly understand ourselves and others.
This approach challenges the 10,000 Hour Rule most widely attributed to Malcolm Gladwell from his 2008 book, Outliers. The principle holds that 10,000 hours of “deliberate practice” are needed to become world-class in any field. Using the Unbranded approach we are able to learn faster, connect better, be more creative, and with more empathy than putting in 10,000 hours of work.
Seeing oneself as Unbranded enables and empowers executives, leaders, coaches, athletes, and students to reach peak performance on and off the field.
